The interview has already selected the candidates before I get to give my interview. Totally worst experience, it was all like a formality. He did not let me complete my introduction, but interrupted with most absurd question on looking on my resume - "You have mentioned all those things that previous candidates have already there in their resume, what's different in yours that others". The interviewer literally pissed me off, like we all were giving interview for same post, so definitely there common in skill mentioned in resume
