This question was very similar to my first round and I had answered almost similar to the way I have answered in the first round. It was obvious the interviewer were sometimes off and not really focused on the interview, ,not the pause while taking notes - everyone understands the pause when the interviewer takes notes and the difference when interviewer repeat the same question because the interviewer even forgot what question they had asked last.
