It caused me severe anxiety due to the interviewer not accepting my responses and asking for me to explain a simple question even more. After every question I was told,"Well explain that some more." Which kept making me freeze and some questions I would just go blank. Due to feeling like I was in an interrogation room. Very uncomfortable and caused me to become highly emotional afterwards. I even asked the interviewer for advice. Basically, their steps to get to where they are career wise, and they did not want to answer me. Lots of "I don't know what I can tell you." " Take it for what it is worth." Whatever that means. Then I have been educated on what that tactic is. It is called the interrogation method. Remember I mentioned feeling interrogated. It is to knock you off track mentally during an interview. Usually is used when a person has a perception of you and already thinks you are not a fit for the role. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I wish I didn't completely shut down and proved myself. Instead, I have done that with another company that's amazing! The reviews on this company is terrible anyways. I definitely did not want a role where I would work every weekend anyways. A blessing and learning lesson. Good Luck either way
