GoodRx Interview Question

Add code to this add function that is in OOP javascript to add something to a dictionary that contains a label which then has a collection as the property. Then, if you get to the next step without being cut short, the next step is getting a property from the said state in the get object, and then removal. Extremely basic stuff.
