Completed 7 hour take home and was rejected with 0 comment or feedback. What's interesting is I had shared the code with other engineers online and gotten high praises, which leads me to believe one of the following: 1) the engineers reviewing the code are unfamiliar with anything outside React land and thus reject candidates as a matter of ego 2) the company is struggling financially and most likely preparing for layoffs. The job interviews / hiring are a sham designed to keep people busy Regardless, my feedback from a wide community of engineers who I showed the code to indicates to me that there was little to no issue with my code so I can only imagine it's an issue with the engineering team or business team. I would avoid this company. They have raised over $1B in funding and are scrambling.
