“I’m a hunter! Finding new prospects, qualifying them then closing them is the ultimate goal, but I enjoy all aspects of the hunt; from using my connections and networks to find new opportunities to using effective messages and communications to get the initial appointment. Being a hunter is the core of my success.”

Both a hunter and a farmer. You must plow the fields and hunt for the right seeds, and always stay focused on harvesting your crop.. is other words, love the hunt of new business and put in the work in order to have a successful harvest (career)

If you have been in sales and don’t know what a farmer and hunter in sales are then you’re probably not a good sales person.

I also have blown sales records put of the water in previous sales jobs and had a great phone interview. I come from a family of sales people and we are all very good at sales. My phone interview went great and she told me someone would be getting a hold of me for a 2nd interview for the sales position. It never happened. I am glad too, as I would never work for a company who doesn't follow through on what they say. I even inboxed her via Linked In to ask about other opportunities and if she could let me know any hints to help my interviewing process as I hadn't been interviewed for several years. Nothing. First impressions make a huge difference and I apparently didnt maje ine on her, but Cibtas didb't make one on me either. Why would you lie about moving forward? Ridic.
