yes, as a CRA i am always required to be a team player, because of the different people involved in the research process from the Sponsor to the CRO to the site and to the subjects. My past experiences have required me to work well with not only my project team, as well as my site and other members of my CRO. I Have a great working relationship with my team members and i am open to knowledge and constructive criticisms and all types of personalities
