I was very honest about my drive to learn and experience as much as possible. I brought a fearless attitude that was okay to mistakes so that we could make sure that as a company we try every possible angle. I also stressed that I need a company that will invest time in my learning and growth so that I can continue to stay relevant to the teams I am a part of.
