Phone screen with HR rep, then individual interviews with about 4 people (Engineers, Director). They tell you they are impressed with your background, how your skills align with the role, and how user water they are, then they ghost you. HR rep would respond she’s waiting on 1 person’s yay or nay, week after week after week, she’d respond that way., over and over again, with glee. They obviously are not serious about hiring me. Just say No or the job is on hold! Unprofessional.
