The "How we work" document is intended to highlight how the company operates, its culture and environment. While much of the content is reasonable there are a few red flags. The overall tone of the document is abrasive and dismissive, and while many of the attributes of the company are typical of a small fast growing tech company, the manner in which it is conveyed could be improved.
