My Strength- I love working with people & have a passion for Medicine, I believe in Success from hard work. (You should be honest. Give a strength you're genuine about and tell them.) My weakness- Sometimes I give too much detail to small things, so I tend to lose focus. To fix it, I bring a Journal with me that basically has a "to do" list of my requirements for the day (Again, this is true for me personally because I delve too much into small details.)
