Overall, I was pleased with the hiring process, however, I think waiting a month to hear anything is a bit excessive. After about two weeks without hearing anything I was sure that I did not get the position. And then another two weeks went by before I received the offer. Needless to say, I was incredibly stressed throughout the whole process.
