As a former employee, you shouldn't have to worry much about your immediate supervisors yelling at you. One of the owners, on the other hand, is...erm...quite an intense character, to put it *very* politely. There's an office literally labeled "Hell" on one door. If you're near it, you will almost certainly have to sit through some adjacent yelling sessions at some point.
