Interview
Applied with a CV and Cover letter, which was followed by an email to schedule an interview. I arrived and was seated around a table with a dozen other girls, to watch an informational video about the company/role. We were then asked to fill in a psychometric "personality" quiz, which was interrupted frequently as girls were called away for a 5 minute one-to-one interview. I was then contacted almost immediately for a further interview the next day.

Be aware that you can be called back for a further interview the following day, which can be tricky (in terms of travelling) if you don't yet live in London. I had three interviews in one week before finding out I hadn't got the job.
The second interview lasted around 40 minutes, where I was asked questions like "Describe your earliest memory" and "Would you say that you were the brightest pupil in your Primary School class?" and "What did you learn on your first day of school?"

Most questions were about childhood and personal background. It felt less like a professional job interview and more like a psychological evaluation. I left feeling completely unassessed on my actual suitability for the job.

Interview
The interview began with a group session of around 12 candidates where we were given a presentation about the company, the role, and expectations. Afterwards, each of us was called in individually for a short interview of around 5–10 minutes. The process felt structured yet informal, focusing on motivations and career goals. Overall, it was well organised and gave a clear overview of what working at the company would involve.

Interview process included a call with HR and another call with Head of the team. The last stage of the interview process would've involved a task/presentation however got completely ghosted and never heard back from HR.
