Went through the code with the interviewer to make sure I understood what the previous coder was trying to do, put print statements in at potential risk points. Ran the code a few times to understood what it was doing wrong, then updated the code to solve these issues. Made a few test banks to make sure the updated code ran correctly. Make sure to speak out loud, really appreciated that
