One time, while working in the logistics industry, a driver called me to inform me of difficulties with the serial number scanning equipment on site. I understood that we needed to troubleshoot the technology, however there was a language barrier. Since there was also a time restriction at this location and the all assets needed to be accounted for, I asked a coworker who knew Spanish if he was able to help translate. All three of us were able to work together to resolve the issue and the job was finished within the allotted time on site.
