I went into a store with a specific item in mind. They didn’t have it in store so one of the staff members showed me around the store for alternatives. In the end I said I wanted the item I came in for and they kindly special ordered it for me and said I would be notified when the item is back in stock. I was made to feel more than a customer - more like I was a guest in their home and they were catering to my needs.
