I talked about a project I currently had for one of my classes, and how it was a group of 8, thus harder to coordinate with conflicting schedules, but we worked strong as a team overall to overcome these obstacles. I also mentioned that it is very important to stay focused and get the task completed, but also that I was understanding and considerate of everyone's schedule as the team leader.
