Describe a time where you solved a problem using a creative solution; how did you capture metrics to report on progress; describe how you would handle multiple demands on your time to keep your team and leaders satisfied with your output?

These were experiential questions and therefore easy to answer with actual examples. The hardest part was the length of the interviewing process, and having to meet for nearly an hour for each of the interviewers one after another. The interview took all morning, about 4.5 hours, and resulted in nothing.
