Situation-- Dispute with co-worker regarding a disagreement regarding a best-practice for [a particular] process. Task-- Work to resolve the discrepancy Action--Conduct a discussion with the co-worker--collaborate, in order to find common-ground. Result--The co-worker and I were able to resolve the discrepancy. We are close work acquaintances to this day and frequently work together to resolve various tasks\work responsibilities.
