I worked at an Airport and made sure that two families of 10 made their connecting flight and I went and spoke to the captain and made a call to my zone controller and supervisor to see if we can possible delay the flight for 10mins as the families have landed. The zoners made a call to tower to talk to captain so they can make an announcement to let the two parties heading to brussels deplane first as they both have international connections to sierra leone which has limited flights throughout the week. Both families made the flight and we only took 2mins delayed as there bags had come in earlier on a different flight.
