I work most closely with the development managers, who are in charge of our offshore dev team. We speak daily but we have a recurring meeting 3 times per week. 1. One meeting is dedicated to planning the upcoming Sprint, discussing the requirements, making sure we agree on the approach, and ensuring that we have all the necessary UX and research complete. 2. Another meeting is used to introduce new problems that we’ve evaluated and want to pursue - this meeting is a broader discussion with UX and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas. 3. The third meeting is with our offshore dev teams to introduce the Sprint and answer any questions they have about the tasks.
