I answered using the STAR method. Situation was that I was designing a website for a client. She was very anxious to know how things were progressing and started e-mailing and calling everyday. I needed to find a way to reassure her that things were on track so we organised to meet for coffee where we discussed some ways to help her feel better about the project. Finally we decided on a weekly call and a weekly e-mail update. The call would allow her time to ask any questions she had and to get a quick response from me and the e-mail would reassure her that her project was on track. The result was that she relaxed a lot more and was happier as we worked together and I had more time to work on the site!
