Iaas - Infrastructure as a service, where OS is provided to us and we have to set it up according to our own need. Ex - EC2 
Paas - Platform as a  service, where we don't have to worry about OS setup or anything. we will be provided with a upload button from where we can upload our code time to time. Ex:- Azure Web Apps
Saas - Software as a Service, where the complete software is provided to us. Ex - Salesforce, Office365
