Sometime the recruitment team did not give the feedback because they have to share the candidates profile to US clients for further round of interview. May me you are not suitable for that particular project but your other technical skills are excellent, so the recruiter try to avoid such kind of situation to give any kind of direct feedback. May me in future he or she can share your profile with some other project where he think your skills and experience are exact fit. These are the internal process you do not need to go inside it. If any recruiter is saying that he or she will get back to you means you are rejected. This is the well-known used sentence in IT industry. So don’t be frustrated and keep trying.
