I'm not at all saying finding a job isn't an investment. You've completely missed the point. All too often in tech candidates put in way more time than companies bother: certainly job hunting is an investment but an equal investment would be nice. I'm 100% certain engineers at brain Corp dont put in the same time into reviewing code that candidates do to do the code challenge
