I said yes, not realizing that this was a hint that upper management was constantly yelling that we had to hit numbers, not approving any plans to drive sales, and then getting mad at you for not hitting the goals. It was the highest stress job I have ever had. The pressure started the first day of Q1 and continued until the last day of Q4. The company is always struggling to hit goals, so you're not allowed to breathe. They literally told me 'I don't want to hear laughing'. Who wants to work 50 hours a week in a building that discourages laughter?
