      No, but my experience with other programming languages would aid in learning Fortran quickly.

      Yes. I have experience with over 30 programming languages. My experience with Fortran was in college. I had one semester of it. I could do it if I needed to again. I learn programming languages very quickly. How to write and debug programs is a much more important skill than a particular language.
