I posted this interview review. I heard back about the position after they received my thank you letters. They offered the position to me over the phone before the last round of interviews. It's likely that they have already filled all the positions. If you don't hear back within the next couple of weeks then you probably did not get the position. I started on this question early. First asked if I could clarify anything on my resume. Then asked about current state of the plant and how they were handling a lawsuit. Then also asked about the future of the plant in a worst-case scenario (potential plant closure).
