Staffing agency had an ad in the paper. I responded to the ad. Agency submitted my resume to HR. Agency called me to set up phone interview with Lead Engineer. Had one hour phone interview with Lead Engineer
I followed up with thank you letter and sent more information of my backgroud.
Two weeks later, I received a phone call for 1:1 and group interview
Two weeks later, I has 1:1 interview with VP, at that time they offered the job.

Give me an example when you had a serious disagreement with your boss
Disorganised and long process. They were slow to reply to emails requiring multiple follow ups. It was very difficult to arrange an interview date due to constraints on their side. The senior interviewer failed to attend and the other interviewers had to leave early. Interview mainly focussed on discussing CV/skills although was non-technical
