There were three interviewers who called me separately. The second and third interviewers were nice and professional. The first interviewer, however, was not welcoming at all. At first he said he couldn't find me on Skype, so asked me to call him instead. I found him very easily on Skype and called him up, but unable to reach, because he didn't accept my request. I tired three times but failed. Finally, he said it was fine we could just make the phone call. But he had attitude since then. Mr. K, it was your problem not mine, because I got connected with the 2nd interviewer successfully. During the phone call, I could tell that he was impatient, and kept saying something like you are with an accounting major, no IT skills and experience at all. Even after I told him that I had another STEM major and had hands-on real-life working experience with SQL server. At last, he asked me "do you know what is a brain teaser question?" I said yes and then he gave me a question like "there are 2 ropes, each can burn for 60 mins, how can you measure 45mins without bending, folding, or cutting the ropes?" Then he repeated the question again, saying each can burn for 16 mins. I didn't get it why he changed the number. I am an accounting student who deals with numbers everyday and I am pretty sure he said 16 not 60 for the second time. I crossed off 60 on my note, put 16 there and worked on this wrong question with wrong number and undoubtedly I didn't get the answer but at least gave him a solution. He was disappointed and sighed, then said you really need to think about this question again. Mr.K, I did rethink about it and figured out you gave me the wrong number. I just finished the interview 3 hours ago and all I want to say is that be careful for such interviewer who doesn't take interviewees seriously and tries to play tough to show off his own IQ. Maybe he has really strong IT background, I don't know, not even care anymore because I am not going to work with such person. Thanks God!
