First a quick phone interview, and afterwards several 1:1 interview in which they checked my proffesional background and Resume, then they focus on my daily work in the current company where I work, finally they ask me current salary and how much I was expected to earn.

The process was really easy. I had and interview with a headhunter by telephone in spanish, then another personal with him. After that I went to see the HR manager, then I met my responsible. All the job interviews were standard. No tricky questions, no complicated role plays.
