My interview experience was extremely disappointing. The HR interaction felt inappropriate, arrogant, and dismissive. The role itself appeared misleading. While the job description mentioned a generous bonus, it turned out to be a standard, unremarkable bonus presented as something special. The hiring manager did not leave a positive impression either. The manager came across as inauthentic, and the credibility of the role was questionable. Despite being titled a “Manager” position, it did not seem to include any direct reports, making the title feel inflated and misleading. Overall, this was one of the worst interview experiences I have had. I would strongly advise candidates to manage expectations and not assume a professional or transparent recruitment process.
