I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (New York, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
There were a total of three interviews during my process, I did not get any feedback and haven't heard back in over a month. The questions were very standard, the people I interviewed with seemed nice, however I know that ELC is going through a lot of changes (ie - layoffs) I have since found another job although I would've preferred to work for them!
