applied for the sales associate position at Estee Lauder counter in Macy's. So far I have went to two interviews, both were successful and interviewers were friendly and l liked me. The third interview will be on Friday with the account Executive at Estee Lauder. Hopefully it goes well.
Online application then an in person group interview where we went to their head office to learn about their products and then to a store to demonstrate our knowledge and sell products to customers

Easy going and calm environment. Friendly interviewers. Training period was also easy. No problems. Everything was smooth and easy. Simple and easy questions, the interview and hiring process only took a week and I was trained very quickly.
The interview process was very informal due to covid protocol. I interviewed with the store's account executive over the phone, it was a very pleasant experience. I recieved a verbal offer over the phone that same day. Great company to work for.
