I was contacted for an interview with the Human Resource Representative and the Brand Manager. The interview was very basic - questions were standard and generic except for one. The interview seemed very promising with both the interviewers continuously commenting at how fitting my passion, skills and experiences would be for the targeted position. I was asked to accomplish a Personality Test to which they would determine my compatibility with the team.

Very conversational, discussed prior experiences and drawings
The position was poorly described; it turns out I wasn't a good fit. It seemed like they wanted a display designer but they actually wanted a renderer. It seemed like interviewer hadn't really been briefed on the role. I interviewed in person in new York.
