Interview
Over the course of a 2.5 month period. I was initially called with a screen interview with HR. The call was short and to the point with some elaborations on pointed resume skills. Another interview was held with the HR rep in person. This interview explained more about the job itself, the salary and the bonus along with benefits. Later, a second in person interview was scheduled with the VP of the specific department - in this interview there was a usual conversation on how the department work and what was needed in the department; reports were shown as examples. The 3rd interview was with the hiring manger (my direct supervisor) where my resume was pointed out and question were asked on specific bullet points of my resume. Many examples were asked of me. A 4th interview was scheduled as a final interview with another administrative assistant - this interview was more of a conversation of having a spark between two important colleagues that would need to work together. The perception I had of this company while interviewing was that they are a very well oiled machine and everyone was pleasant and professional. No one made me wait too long and we had a private office to hold the interview in; additionally, water was offered as well as my coat hung up, too. Very well mannered group of people.

Standard interview process with recruitment and then line manager. People were friendly and professional. Would recommend. Nice offices and shop. People were dressed smartly and gave professional image. Easy to park.

Interview process was responsive and quick. The managers were all very nice even the recruiter knew which team/role I was perfect for. It wasn't a long wait to have the interviews as it was three back to back each day. You were basically interviewing with the Managers you would be supporting.

The interview process was really positive. As a former employee, they highlighted successful projects they remembered & complimented my strengths. They asked me about my resume, what my passions are, why I wanted to work at Estee Lauder & whether I was comfortable with the requirements of the role.
