I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies in Jan 2025
Interview
I was headhunted by the HR Director for a role, but the process felt rushed as they were eager to fill the position. Unfortunately, the hiring manager arrived late to the interview and had not reviewed my resume beforehand. Overall, I found the experience disorganized and unprofessional.
