When a client came in to sign loan documents fir the purchase of their first home everything was wrong. We were able to get docs redrawn. I stayed late so we could sigb prepare package for salesrep to run to fedex in so the client wodnt loose their interest rate or have to stay in a motel over the holiday weekend.
