Overall the process was very easy and super quick. You just need to answer some online questions and submit those answers. No in-person interview when I went through the process.
30 minutes phone interview with standard behavioral questions focusing on your resume and past experience/projects. Very laid back and easy interview process. I had to apply online through my school job board and was required to answer a lot of questions about myself. I like how you have the opportunity to work on the start ups you like.
