I studied the STAR questions and practiced my answers. I did basic research on the company and job(founding, core values, job, workers comp claims industry, found comparisons between Sedgwick and my old company, found comparisons between my old job and Sedgwick) and implemented it into the rehearsed answers. I also used common sense, can't go wrong with common sense.
