Have you had problems with insubordination in your previous work experience?

I've never had this question asked before so I said "no". I am a team player and even when I don't agree with the overall strategy, I still go along with the team's plan. I might give my alternative opinion in a respectful manner but as long as the strategy is ethical, I am not an insubordinate person.
