How do you create a workflow rule and what are 4 updates you can make with Workflow rules

This was an interesting question that left me confused to why she would ask this as a technical question for Salesforce since workflow rules are being phased out/retired by Salesforce. Creating new WFRs would just create more tech debt for the org since eventually WFRs will be no more and Salesforce will require orgs to migrate WFRs to flows.
