When I have multiple projects with the same deadline, I start early on the one that needs the shortest amount of time to finish and then work through the remaining ones in the same fashion. I also keep the line of communication open with those who expect a certain result at a certain time to make sure that we’re in the same page and that their expectations are realistic given the circumstances.
