How do you feel about dealing with unhappy guests?

It is my job to make them happy, so helping them find a way to have a better experience should be my goal. I don't mind them expressing any concerns as it will help prepare for the next guest and maybe there is something we can do to help the current unhappy guest have a happier stay.

I would listen intently, then I would offer points of at least a one night stay.
