I said that I've been wanting to own a given process and wanted to earn the trust of my management. Having been micromanaged for so long and having to ask permission 5 different times did not give me the sense of empowerment, which is why I was wanting to leave my past job. By owning the process of a given task, I'll be empowered to use my capabilities to make the proper decisions in the best interest of the company but will fuel the passion that I have for the given subject.
