How do you feel about working in a mostly Japanese workplace?

The interview was very easy from a technical standpoint. This particular question stood out, because I had never worked in a Japanese company before. Luckily, I had done research and knew a little about the expectations and cultural differences.

I worked for Denso in Southfield MI from 2000 to 2008. During that time it was a great place to work. There was an atmosphere of corporation and a total lack of politics. I once saw a vice president under a desk helping someone hook up a computer.  Since its been 12 years since I worked there; i can't say what it is like now
