I was caught off guard by this question, as the normality of a QA position does not require them to gather requirements in designing business flows and processes (they might make improvements later on in the testing process). As a former Business Analyst, I tried to answer this question as best I could and try to turn it back around relating to the Testing Analyst position I thought I was interviewing for.
