When dealing with a difficult customer, I make sure to stay calm and composed, no matter how frustrated they might be. I actively listen to their concerns without interrupting, so they feel heard and understood. Once I have all the details, I focus on finding a solution that meets their needs while following company policies. I believe that empathy, patience, and clear communication go a long way in turning a negative experience into a positive one.
