How do you handle challenges with upper management? (basically what happens when you experience problems with your boss).

I said I would approach my boss first and express the concern as it relates to my productivity. If that doesn't resolve the issue I would reach out to direct colleagues for feedback. And lastly, I would go to upper/upper management if necessary. Honesty and ability to not compromise your work ethic was appreciated.
